Shipping

We have a flat-rate shipping platform. Your order will ship one of the 4 ways below depending on which service you choose, what your product is, how much it weighs, and where you are located.

If you have special shipping instructions please note it in the comment section when placing your order. If it is not noted, the least expensive shipping option will be selected.

*Free shipping applies only to the 48 contiguous states*

Free shipping is calculated after coupon codes are applied.

  • Free Economy Shipping:(Orders $125+) 5-7 Business days. Delivered by lowest cost shipping service. (FedEx or USPS)
  • Economy Shipping: 5-7 Business days. (FedEx or USPS)
  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 Business days. (FedEx or USPS)
  • Priority Shipping- 2-3 Business days. (FedEx or USPS)

Please call if you would like one of the below shipping options. Extra payment for these options will apply.

  • *FedEx Exp. Saver-3 Business days. Must be ordered by 1pm EST for same-day shipping.
  • *FedEx 2nd Day-2 Business days. Must be ordered by 1pm EST for same-day shipping.
  • *FedEx Standard Overnight -Next Business Day.  Must be ordered by 1pm EST for same-day shipping. Please note this option is not available for all locations.

Note:

  • Orders ship from North Carolina. Most orders will ship the same day or the next business day.
  • No orders will ship on Saturday or Sunday. Our warehouse is closed on weekends and bank holidays.
  • You will receive tracking details via email when your package is picked up by the carrier and scanned.
  • Orders with a back-ordered item will be held until it can be shipped complete. Orders will not be split.

Refund Policy

We encourage you to use your ThinLine product before deciding to return it. It may still be returned slightly used but must be dry completely.

All ThinLine products come with a 30-day no hassle refund.

Exceptions:

~Items that have been modified (trimmed down, written on, or changed in any way)

~Closeout or Discontinued items

*Please keep tracking details for your return. ThinLine is not responsible for packages lost.*

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
  • Products returned must have a copy of the receipt in the package.
  • Original shipping charges are not refunded when a product is returned.
  • Refund applies for all products except Closeouts or discontinued products.

Failure to follow these return procedures could result in a restocking fee.

Saddle pads come with a one-year warranty if cared for properly. Tack comes with a 6-month warranty when cared for properly. Please see our Care Instructions for more details.
