We are riders making products for riders and understand how important the time we have with our horses is. We want every ride to be the best ride! If you feel ThinLine is not delivering what you need, all products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days.

Please give your ThinLine horse tack products or saddle pads a try before deciding to return them. Use a secondary saddle pad, towel or cloth under your ThinLine pads while you try them out. Items may still be returned slightly used however items that are returned excessively dirty, damaged or otherwise unable to be resold may be charged up to a 30% restocking fee. Please do not fold your items or put them in packaging that is too small. Items with creasing or damages from being folded or squished will also be subject to a restocking fee or may receive no refund at all.

- Items that have been modified such being trimmed down, written on, or changed in any way cannot be returned for a refund.
- Please do not fold, crease or put your return items in packaging that is too small.
- A copy of your receipt must be included in your return box.
- Please do not return products damp.
- Failure to follow these guidelines could result in a restocking fee or no refund at all.
- International orders are not eligible for return.
