    Thanks for your question! The padding set is super versatile and can be used across the poll of the bridle and possibly on the cheeks too, depending on the sizing.  The ThinLine foam is great at equalizing pressure at the poll and cushioning those sensitive areas of the face!

    Thanks for your question! The halter padding sets are made with ThinLine's proven open-cell foam to keep horses comfortable when wearing the halter and muzzle for longer periods of time. The foam is soft, doesn't absorb water or dirt, and is antimicrobial, so it's great for delicate faces out in the pasture!

    Thank you for your question! The halter padding pieces will work well with any strap that is 1" or narrower. If your cribbing strap is wider than 1", please email us at [email protected] for more help.

    A Yes. It has Velcro tabs you use to wrap it around the halter. The zip ties can easily slide between the two pieces it you are not using our turnout halters. If you are, they have channels for the zip ties to slide through.

    Essentially yes, while we promote the rubbing prevention we should add that the ThinLine Foam also disperses the weight of the halter crown to ultimately relieve poll pressure. As well as the added shock absorbing benefit of the foam it creates a more comfortable place at the poll.

    The halter padding set comes with three interchangeable padding pieces. 

    1 for the crown, 1 for the nose, 1 under the chin. The halter's lead rope ring is still accessible and easy to use when the single chin piece is in place.

    Medium Mini     8”    3.5″ 4” 12” 17.75”

     For reference, my mini is about 37" with a fairly refined head and he wears the medium mini size.
