ThinLine Receives Export Excellence Award
The International Trade Division of NC selected 10 companies out of several hundred to receive an Export Excellence Award. ThinLine was the smallest company ever selected to receive such a prestigious award. According to International Trade Division leader Derek Chen, ThinLine was selected for several reasons: “ThinLine has delivered on every commitment and promise made to international partners and has a stellar reputation with all the USA Liaisons at the American Embassies of the European Offices.”
“Most impressive is the success ThinLine was able to achieve in penetrating the European Market.” The equestrian industry is typically influenced by European products. There have been very few success stories of USA products making headway in the International Market Place. ThinLine was selected as one of three finalists for the Innovation award at SPOGA, the Equestrian Trade Show in Cologne Germany. Post trade show, sales have mirrored what riders in the USA have discovered for a decade: ThinLine products benefit both horse and rider in both health and performance.
ThinLine can now be found in hundreds of tack shops across central Europe, on the backs of internationally competitive horses, and in the tack rooms of pleasure riders who simply enjoy a better ride, a happier horse and better saddle fit. Clearly language is not a barrier to the horses and European fashion is secondary to performance.
