Most ThinLine dealers honor this guarantee, and will allow you to return the product for refund. If not, products may be returned direct to ThinLine, with a copy of your itemized purchase receipt from an authorized dealer. Returns must be received within 30 days of your purchase date and must be accompanied by the receipt, no other proof of purchase will be accepted. No shipping charges will be refunded, only the purchase price of the product. Refund will be in the form of a check, so please be sure all pertinant contact and mailing information is included. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing and refunding. All products must be returned as clean as possible and undamaged. There are no exceptions to the above stipulations for refund.
